I started Sketching for the Shunned House again, this one has kept bothering me as I couldn't sketch out anything I found interesting, but this one I liked, maybe it was just because of the creative block and now it's passed things are 'GO' again.

I think the positioning of this house gives it an extra 'Shunned' feel as its off to the side and the freakishly distorted garden will be very overgrown to help with this too.

Space: Concept 03: Re-Read

With lots of sketches and thumbnails I still hadn't reached anything I liked the look of to work into a final image. So I decided to re-read the text and make fresh highlights and influence maps for the section I'd like to design.

'... retired to the deep seclusion of one of his castellated abbeys. This was an extensive and magnificent structure, the creation of the prince's own eccentric yet august taste.  A strong and lofty wall girdled it in.'

Eccentric: Unusual, Peculiar, or odd.

August: Inspiring reverence of admiration,

 of supreme dignity or grandeur; majestic.

Extensive: Covering or extending over a great area.
